A. Write an essay on The Profile of a Modern Teacher. How do you appraise your views on the characteristics, behaviors, or practices as one who is preparing to become a modern teacher?

      “Change is the only constant in this world” so everything change and everything improve. Students today is called as the 21st century learners . 21st century learners are more engage in technology and more literate so, teachers need to adjust or enhance their teaching style in order to catch thee attention of the Students. Nowadays as time goes by, a lot of things are changing . Our world is becoming more hi-tech than the usual so, when we become Teachers in the near future I’m sure that   we are going to deal a more advance students  and more advance technology. So, this profile of modern teacher should apply to all future educators like me.  

As a future Educator I admit that my knowledge now is not enough So , I need to acquire those profile . I should be flexible in everything especially when it comes to the trend so that I won’t left behind . 

A modern teacher should be more updated and teachable because in our journey in teaching teacher will encounter different scenarios so   As a future teacher I need to adjust and make solutions to that . A modern teacher should balance the negative and positive quality or characteristics of a modern teacher because everything that is balance is good and always have a room for improvement because teacher is also learning through its students.

B. Write an essay on Change your Words – Change your Mindset. How do you relate this practice of using the right words to change your mindset in becoming a modern teacher who knows how to look for digital tools, materials, educational resource portals, and sites in the web?

We all know that being a teacher means becoming a forever students it is a long process of learning . So, in the journey of a teacher, sometimes teacher lost his/her motivation , encounter difficulties , problems and many things that can affect they’re way of teaching . 

They experience hardship and encounter a lot of paper works so sometimes they think negatively and sometimes they are close to giving up. So, they need a strong mindset because when you think negative all the outcomes will be negative as well . In order for them to do better think positively because I believe in the power of mind or mind over matter .

As a future educator , in order for me to be great modern teacher I should have a positive perception, strong mindset, believe that I can do better than I can, be adaptable and teachable because if I have all of that then I can finally say that I am competent teacher and flexible teacher that ready to embrace change or ready for the new innovation that will arise soon and can teach students according to what they enjoy .
